Part of the Government announcement to ease lockdown includes the re-opening of letting agents. The announcement on Tuesday 12th May states:

(1) to undertake any of the following activities in connection with the purchase, sale or rental of residential properties -

(i) visiting estate or letting agents, developer sales offices or show homes;

(ii) viewing residential properties to look for a property to buy or let;

(iii) preparing a residential property to move in to;

(iv) moving home;

(v) visiting a residential property to undertake any activities required for the rental or sale of that property.

As an online agency most of our work is done virtually and during lockdown some staff have continued to work from home. To protect the safety of all our staff we will continue to do this although the office being manned by a maximum of two members of staff at any one time so we can adhere to the social distancing guidelines. We would continue to ask all communication to be done via phone or email.

We will be starting to undertake viewings but at this time have decided to show prospective tenants vacant properties only to protect them and anyone living in a property. We will be uploading as many virtual tours of properties online and on our social media platforms in the coming weeks. Finally we will continue to suspend all interim property inspections.
