We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Support Administrator to join our small, friendly, busy team on a part time, permanent basis. Days and hours to be agreed with the successful candidate (Monday to Friday).

The role is extremely varied so the successful candidate should be able to multi-task, have excellent communication and organisational skills, a flexible approach to work and professional manner on the telephone, precise and friendly letter writing skills with exceptional attention to detail a priority.

The successful candidate must have:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Packages.
  • Accurate clerical skills.
  • Prior experience of working in an administrative role.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to prioritise and juggle workload.
  • Problem solving interests and abilities.
  • A sense of humour and a positive attitude.

In addition:

  • Display attention to detail, accuracy and time management
  • Work independently but also as a team player and be prepared to assist on an office need basis.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Provide general office administrative support.
  • Compile, edit and proofread letters, emails and reports. Also gathering data if required.
  • Help maintain, update and manage the office database.
  • Assist with landlord and tenant enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Answer and process telephone calls and ensure accurate message taking.
  • Liaise between landlords, tenants and contractors.
  • Assist with key management.

  • Starting salary range £20,500 to £22,500 (pro-rata) depending on experience
