Shared House Application
To apply for the property you will need to complete a pre tenancy form for each adult. Once received, a holding fee of 1 weeks rent per property is payable. For successful applicants the holding fee will be offset against the initial rent and deposit, with your agreement.
Once the holding fee has been paid the landlord has 15 days to agree to proceed with the application or refund the full amount.
If the tenancy does not go ahead then the money must be repaid in full within 7 days of the deadline being reached or the landlord backing out.
Repayment does not need to be in full if the tenant backs out of the tenancy agreement themselves, fails right to rent checks, has provided false or misleading information, or where the landlord tries their best to get the information needed but the tenant fails to provide it within the 15 days.
Right to Rent
You will also need to provide a passport and a utility bill or bank statement received within the last month. Both must show your current address. These can either be scanned or photographed at this point but sight of the actual documents will be required at check in.

Please note that an application is based on your annual income being equal to or in excess of 35 times the monthly rental amount.
